Ever Wondered How LED Linear Lights are Made? Let’s Take a Virtual Tour
Welcome to Realdo company. the home of innovative and high-quality LED linear lights. Today, we’re going to take you on a virtual tour of our factory, where we’ll walk you through the fascinating process of how our newly designed no-screw-splicing linear light is made. Buckle up and let’s get started! Factory, where we’ll walk you through the fascinating process of how our newly designed no-screw-splicing linear light is made.
Step 1
Design And Prototyping
Our journey begins in the design department. Here, our talented engineers use advanced software to design linear lights. The no-screw-splicing design is a testament to our commitment to innovation. Once the design is finalized, a prototype is made for testing.
Step 2
Next, we move to the material preparation phase. High-quality materials are sourced and prepared for production. This includes the LED chips, the aluminum housing, the diffuser, and the driver. Each component plays a crucial role in the performance and longevity of our lights.
Step 3
LED Mounting
Now, we head over to the LED mounting section. Here, the LED chips are precisely mounted on the PCB (Printed Circuit Board). The placement of the LEDs is crucial as it affects the light output and distribution.
Step 4
In the next phase, the aluminum housing is prepared. The housing not only provides a sleek look to our linear lights but also serves as a heat sink, helping to dissipate heat and ensure the LED chips have a long lifespan.
Step 5
Driver, PCB, defuser
Our drivers are designed to provide consistent power to the LEDs, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency. At the same time, the diffuser is installed. The diffuser helps to evenly distribute the light and reduce glare, creating a comfortable lighting environment. This step brings together the driver, the PCB with mounted LEDs, and the diffuser, assembling them into a cohesive unit.
Step 6
Finally, we arrive at the quality control and testing phase. Each linear light is rigorously tested to ensure it meets our high standards. This includes testing for light output, color accuracy, and energy efficiency. Only after passing these tests does the light get the Realdo stamp of approval.
